Midnight Tiki Vodka Concept

Midnight Tiki drinks are made of mostly exotic fruits, dark and mysterious, as well as splashes of citrus flavors. The three collectibles have three distinctive flavors. All of the fruity are just a hint of juicyness to add to the rich vodka taste. You can always add more alcohol (always a plus), as well as other juices to create new and exciting recipes. Midnight Tiki Vodka will bring the "fun" back into your lives! Join in on the Tiki Chant and experience the "happy animal" in you.

Hello,I love this concept (below), especially the part regarding the winners will be choosen by the customers. Very clever. "There will be a contest, with prizes to be announced, Creating the Tiki bottles for each new flavor. Our 9 favorites will be chosen by us. And then the winners will be chosen by you." Have a Fabulous Day!

"Adoption Process - The mental process through which an individual passes from first hearing about an innovation to final adoption. Stages in the Adoption Process - Customers go through five stages in the process of adopting a new product.- Awareness: The consumer becomes aware of the new product, but lacks information about it.- Interest: The consumer seeks information about the new product.- Evaluation: The consumer tries the new product on a small scale to improve his or her estimate of its value- Adoption: The consumer decides to make full and regular use of the new product. This model suggests that the new-product marketer should think about how to help the consumers move through these stages." Seeing your vodka flavors and variations truly sets your products apart from the rest. I think expanding on the base you already have created would make for a highly successful marketing campaign!

Hi Lena, Love your Midnight Tiki Roar video you uploaded to YouTube. Ya know, as our final for class moves forward I am beginning to see a bigger picture. Our teach knows his stuff, without a doubt! The live blogs, the quotes, the YouTube videos, making sure we are only using our own work/designs/content, ect. I hope the others are catching on too! =)Anyways, great job on your vodka video! (P.S. Remember to add 5 seconds of credits at the end of your video) Have an awesome day!

"Viral Marketing - The Internet verson of word-of-mouth marketing-Web sites, videos, e-mail messages, or other marketing events that are so infectious that customers will want to pass them along to friends. One observer describes viral marketing as addictive, self-propagating advertisments. Because customers pass the message or promotion along to others, viral marketing can be very expensive. And when the information comes from a friend, the recipient is much more likely to open and read it".(Armstrong & Kotler 2008:14:436)

We live in incredible times. Posting a video can reap so many rewards. Your potential customers get to see quick videos of your product that can take only moments to change. You can tailor certain products very quickly and get them back out onto the many free video sharing sites around the globe. Well done with the video, I know you worked hard on it.

I really enjoyed your videos. They were great. I also like how you added different flavors for your vodka. It gives your product some variety and its good to give consumers some choices.

"Producing products and services often generates by-products. If the by-products have no value and if getting rid of them is costly, this will affect the pricing of the main product. Using by-product, the company seeks a market for these by-products to help offset the costs of disposing of them and to help make the price of the main product more competitive. The by-products themselves can even turn out to be profitable." (Armstrong & Kotler, ninth edition,Ch9 - P.273)

I absolutely love the cubed martini glass. I think this is a great example of above, not because your in danger of taking the price of your main product but because this by-product, to me, would be very profitabe and in turn will help grow the profit of your vodka. I love this cup design and would buy it in a heart beat on the design alone. And since your vodka has that same uniqueness to it, I would by the vodka as well. It would be great sold as a set. 4 cups and the vodka! Also thank you for your comment on my project, it has helped me find more comments for my own.

"Companies today recognize that they cannot appeal to all buyers in the marketplace or at least not to all buyers in the same way. Buyers are too numerous, too widely scattered, and too varied in their needs and buying practices. Moreover, the companies themselves vary widely in their abilities to serve different segments of the market." (Armstrong & Kotler, ninth edition, Ch6 - P.167)

I really like your concept on a stronger, manlier brand of vodka. You have targeted your preferred audience well. You want the customers who want a stronger tasting drink, over those fruity tooty drinks. You also grab on to those "men" (and some women), who maybe aren't very manly, or don't feel very manly, and this brand of vodka helps you feel manly... I mean I would feel more tough if I drank this. Good job! Love the design.

"Style simply describes the appearance of a product. Styles can be eye-catching or yawn producing. a sensational style may grab attention and produce pleasing aesthetics, but it does not necessarily make the product perform better." (Armstrong & kotler, ninth edition, Ch7. P.205)

I like your Idea, the flavor is unique, and very different. I think people will by just to try it. But I don't think they will purchase the product if the bottle doesn't look right. To me the bottle looks like a plastic bottle of bubbles and that doesn't appeal to me at all. Because my first thought is that it would taste soapy and chemically. I think if you work on the design then the flavor will sell its self.

"A clear mission statement acts as an 'invisible hand' that guides people in the organization. Studies have shown that the firms with well-crafted mission statements have better organizational and financial performance." (Armstrong & Kotler, ninth edition, Ch2 - P.37)

I think that the your idea has a good start but is not altogether very clear. It is to broad of a statement. As a customer I want a little more detail in your brand. What is going to make me buy your brand over others? Maybe if you research other brand concepts you can make yours go over the top, better than theirs. But believe me the start is good, I am defiantly interested... but I want to know more.
